In fairness to other waitlisted children, the we will attempt to notify the first family on the waitlist for 24 hours, after which time the next student on the waiting list will be called and offered the open space.

Cancellations and Inclement Weather Policy

We follow Fairfax County Public Schools Inclement Weather Policy:  If Fairfax County Public Schools issue an Emergency Announcement and are closed for the day due to inclement weather, then the All Saints - Sharon Chapel Atrium will also be closed on that day.  Morning sessions will be canceled if there is delayed opening.

Training and Volunteering

We are a training atrium recognized by the National Assocication of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd USA led by nationally certified catechists and formation leader.   We actively seek certified catechists to assist in the atrium.  Children of certified catechists may attend the program at reduced tuition.  If you are interested in the Level I formation course for adults being offered at All Saints, more information may be found here

Volunteer training is avaialble for those who would like to assist in the atrium.  All volunteers must have background check and take child protection course.

If you are a certified catechist and would like to volunteer, please contact the program director.  1/2 Tuition for children of certified catechists volunteering with the program.
